Ltd undertook the contract for the refurbishment and new
build of the 3 storey college. This involved stripping out
of the existing mechanical and electrical services and the
installation of new services to replace the existing and new
building. Mechanical and Electrical services provided were:-
Provision of new zoned heating systems to each building. Supply
and extract ventilation and comfort cooling to all teaching
and public areas. Domestic services, and drainage to all teaching
and public areas. New lighting, small power, fi re alarms,
CCTV, access control and data provisions.
