Southern & Redfern undertook the contract for the
new build of the new production and testing facility
in Ulverston, Cumbria over a 12 month period.
This involved the installation of new Ventilation,
AC, Electrical and Security Services to the new
building to suit the clients bespoke requirements.
Mechanical & Electrical Services provided were:-
• Provision of new general and specialist ventilation
to all areas
 from new central and local plant.
•
Provision of anew VRF air conditioning installation to the
office and lab areas.
•
New lighting, small power, fire alarms, sub mains installation,
access control, CCTV, and data.
