Southern & Redfern Ltd have undertaken various
contracts for the refurbishment or new build of various Travelodge
Hotels throughout the country. This involves installation
of new services to all bedrooms, management areas, restaurant
areas and common areas.
Mechanical and Electrical services
provided are:-
• Dedicated bathroom extract, supply and extract to entrance areas,
 management
and back of house areas.
• Hot & Cold water supplies to all bathrooms, and management areas.
• Comfort cooling to reception areas, restaurant areas,
and management back of
house areas.
• Automatic controls serving the mechanical plant.
• Lighting, power, data, TV, and electric heating to all bedrooms.
