Southern & Redfern Ltd undertook the contract for the
refurbishment of floors 1 and 2 of St Paul’s House
Office block over a 12 week period. This involved stripping
out of the existing heating, chilled water, ventilation,
domestic services, lighting, power, fire alarms and the installation
of new services to replace the old.
Mechanical and Electrical
services provided were:-
• Provision of new floor by floor dedicated 4-pipe fan coil units and
 linear
trench
heaters to suit the fit-out drawings.
• Ventilation to each floor from the existing ventilation riser ducts.
Domestic
services, dry risers, and drainage to the landlord core areas.
• New lighting, small power, fire alarms, floor void bus bar, and sub
mains distributions
to each individual floor.
• Fit-out of client areas to suit there specific requirements for kitchens,
comms
rooms and shower rooms.
