Southern & Redfern Ltd undertook the contract
for the new build of 88 apartments in 5 different blocks.
This involved
the supply of new services to each individual apartment and
the associated landlord services.
Mechanical and Electrical
services provided were:-
• Individual apartment ventilation systems via a central extract unit and
 a number
of heat exchanger units.
• Domestic hot and cold water services to each apartment bathroom
and kitchen.
• Heating to each apartment and landlord area via electric panel heaters.
• Luxury sanitaryware to each apartment bathroom.
• New lighting, small power, and TV to each individual apartment.
• New incoming electric mains and associated sub mains distribution
along with
new incoming water services to the site and each individual
apartment block.
